I've built this test unit at the studio, since we waste a huge amount of food at crew lunch each day and we also use a gas burner to cook pasta/stirfry or grilled cheese sandwiches each day. This biodigester will breakdown the waste food today and make gas for cooking tomorrow. It will also produce nutrient rich fertilizer that we can collect and donate to a local communal garden in the spring.
The build is finished and I've loaded the unit up to get it started......so now we wait to see if we get gas.
