GGC Construction manual

A biodigester is a structure constructed under the ground, made with cement, brick/stone, sand and pipes & appliances to decompose organic material and produce biogas- to supplement conventional fuel sources; and bioslurry- to apply as organic manure in the farms. By feeding the recommended amount of cattle dung/pig manure and water every day in the digester, clean gas is produced. This fuel is used mainly for cooking and lighting purposes where as the digested slurry is used in vegetable gardens and agricultural fields.

Bio-digester Information and Construction Manual For Rural Families

For many years rural families around the world have used bio-digesters to convert readily accessible animal or plant waste into gas fuel. Bio-digesters use a process of oxygen free decomposition in which bacteria in the animal or plant waste produce a mixture of methane, carbon dioxide, and other gasses that are stored inside. Bio-digesters are relatively simple to build and operate, and require little more than a steady supply of organic matter and water.

Build manual: Model biogas plant

Government of Nepal under AEPC has been promoting domestic bio gas plant construction across the country since 1992. The sizes adopted for the construction of domestic biogas plants consist of GGC 2047 and Modified GGC 2047 for the sizes 2, 4, 6 and 8 m3 capacities. The experienced and qualified biogas companies are capable of constructing the smaller capacity biogas plants by following the available standard documents such as drawings, construction manual and specification approved by APEC.

Puxin build / fact manual

Puxin Biogas Plant is of the hydraulic pressure biogas plant type, and is composed of a concrete digester and a glass fibre reinforced plastic gasholder. The digester has a capacity of 4, 6 or 10 cubic meters, and is constituted by a stomach, a neck an inlet and an outlet.
This manual gives an overview of how to build a biogas plant using the Puxin mould system.
