Is a 1000 gal stainless dome top tank suitable for a fixed dome biogas plant

I found a 1000 gal stainless dome top tank with built in agitator. How suitable would it be for a fixed dome biogas plant? If it would work, how many lbs of fruit and veg waste would it hold? I have a source of input material that can generate as much as 500 lbs of fresh fruit and vegetable waste per day. Can a 1000 gallon tank support continuous processing of that scale?

Bob Hamburg Not sure I understand just what you've got, but certainly sounds like the tank could be adapted. You've certainly got access to more than sufficient digester feed. Hard to say more without a better understanding of the whole situation.
