Can electricity be generated from heat of the burner whilst burning biogas

Have someone experiment how to generate electricity by tapping it from the hot burner

Hi Enoch Kofi Boadu,

You can generate electricity from heat using Peltier elements https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermoelectric_effect
There is a pot around that generates 5V electricty from heat http://www.engadget.com/2011/06/14/usb-power-pot-uses-excess-heat-to-cha...

Hope that helps!

Anita Messenger I have a thermoelectric fan and thermoelectric lantern. I bet both of those would work with a gas burner from a digester. The lantern has a battery that charges from the heat and the lantern will run for hours once the battery is charged. It also has connections on the top of the lantern to charge your phone, etc. This is called a Stove Lite.

Rodolfo Bartolome Leang On the study of techno farm phils . We can produce electricity in burning biogas by using silencer in an engine. A coil in a bottom and a magnet in the middle . And another coil on the top. The magnet have space to move up and down. The pressure from the exhaust of an engine move the magnet . that can produce electricity. Silencer can less noise polution, carbon emmission , plus the production of electricity. Silencer have a amount of water fill on the tank. To reduce to much heat emmission. Using heat resistant materials. You can use this to help our environment . From techno farm phils.
